Changing tides
For a long weekend, that went by pretty fast. I mentioned a couple weeks ago that Sean and I were looking for a house, but when I came to the realization that there was no home we could presently afford that seemed worthy of investing in, we deiced to look for an apartment instead. We were told that rentals go fast, so if we saw one we liked, to make a move. We looked at exactly one apartment. The fact that everything in it is brand new; new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, fresh paint, was what sold me. Now I'm faced with the reality that I need to sift through decades worth of things I've accumulated and decide what is worthy of being a part of the new (small)...
