Rainy day madness!
One of my favourite blog people (do I have favourites? I love you all for different qualities?) for zany brilliance is the wonderful Melanie at Bag and a Beret . Heck, she has a HAT in her blog title- that's enough! She puts together some brilliantly kooky outfits that are so imaginative, it is brilliant!
