Hello Lovelies! Okay today I come to you with another fabulous find for less, this embroidered cobalt blue midi dress. I went Wal-Mart to buy some bias tape for an upcoming sewing project and as I was walking down the aisle, headed straight to the sewing and craft section I spotted this brilliant blue dress out of the corner of my eye. You all know by now that I am a sucker for color, and especially my favorite color cobalt blue! I walked over to the rack and laid my hands on this pretty baby.
