TKO Jump Rope Review
As the years go by and the metabolism slows down, I'm always looking for creative ways to burn calories, so I was all on board when asked to do a review for the TKO Soft Grip Jump Rope. Then when I saw that jumping rope burns 170 calories in 15 minutes, I was really intrigued! Loving the pretty onyx and sapphire color combination too. TKO made their mark as a boxing equipment company. Now the brand has expanded to other types of high quality fitness tools. What do you think is the most popular excuse for not working out? I'm not citing any research here, but I'd bet my Pradas that it's "not enough time." ...
