Scallop Skirt
I was pleasantly surprised with how well this pretty scallop skirt ended up fitting! The last time I had ordered a scallop skirt from Topshop, it ran crazy small. This one , however, ended up fitting perfectly! I stayed completely true to size, and there is some stretch to the material.
