I’ve come to realize that while I’m at a ripe and tender age of 25, I should set a side a portion of my savings to spend on things I won’t be able to do as I get older. For instance, instead of “investing” on designer pieces, I’d rather spend my money on travels with friends. Once I settle down and start a family of my own, I won’t have the same freedom to fly off at will, and I’d feel guilty about spending on myself rather than on my family.
