Today marks the first day of Keely and I's Fashion Challenge - Summer This or That edition. Monday is solid brights or bold print. I'm happy to see many have incorporated both of these into one outfit. I thrifted this reversible skirt a few weeks ago. The other side is that solid olive shade - perfect full skirt in a good neutral, and boy was I surprised to see the under skirt.
