Lululemon Staying active is so important to me. I work a very high stress job, and with trying to juggle all things work, blog, and play, stress can take a toll on me if I don't make the time to release it. That obviously is not always the easiest thing when your calendar is jam-packed, but I always feel so much better when I just make the time for it.
