Getting Sweaty with Swimwear365 and SBC
A couple of weeks ago I was invited down to Landantown to take part in a SBC exercise class with the lovely Swimwear 365 . Just in case you don't already know, SBC (or the Skinny Bitch Collective) is an hour long class run by Russell Bateman who trains the likes of Millie Mackintosh and Suki Waterhouse. I seriously needed a kick up the butt in the exercise department, so thought this'd be a good one to get me going, plus if there was the promise of getting a bod like either of those two babettes then I couldn't really say no.
