Why ‘Clothes Every Woman Needs’ Lists are Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Ideas
Have you seen the lists?
If you’re like me, their titles suck you in: ’50 things every woman MUST own!’ and ‘Classic Wardrobe Essentials,’ and when you spot one, it can be like someone waved a wand over you. Must. have. all the pieces!
They mean well but can set us up for disaster.
If the list looks nothing like your closet, you’re tempted to feel like a failure. (And like you need a lot more things to have a working closet.)
