The Travelling Find
The most romantic thing in wearing a vintage garment for me is day dreaming about its history, how the lady who owned it looked like, how she used to style it and how the styling itself changed and evolved, decade after decade. This delicate white eyelet skirt was gifted to Alf's mom in 1969 and after so many years, memories and adventures, travelled all the way from Salento and arrived to Turin, in my wardrobe, still in immaculate shape.But its journey is not over yet, actually it just began! It will travel across Europe, visiting darling ladies with a love for the past, who will give it a new life and new memories. Cécile and I couldn't wait to tell you about this...
