Don't Be So Basic With Basics, Okay?
If spring of 2015 has a word to define it, I'd say it's the word basic. I can't tell you how many times one of my friends who doesn't get what it means but knows they should say it, leans over to me to whisper, "Is that basic and do we hate that or are we good with all of that going on?" First off, yeah, it's pretty basic and we hate it. Generally if one has to question it, it's going to end up being on the negative.
