when polka dots marry peplum hem
Talk about an amazing statement skirt ! I appreciate the asymmetric peplum hem at the bottom for a bold yet ladylike statement. The fabric has a good substance to it and it makes the ruffle so voluminous and the full look outstanding. skirt :: blouse :: pumps :: clutch :: earrings skirt :: blouse :: pumps :: clutch :: earrings I wanted to keep the top simple with one color so the skirt can shine.
