Chatty Elephants..
Necklace: F+F (gift) The long Easter weekend gave me plenty of sewing time, in amongst my other plans and here's one of my latest makes. I couldn't resist this elephant fabric when I was at the Village Haberdashery a few weeks ago, and was pleased when I realised it was wider than usual, so I could get some short sleeves from it, too. I was up really early (still not sleeping very well) on Saturday morning, so managed to get this cut out and made in time to wear it for a coffee date at 10.15, which rather impressed my Nan. I threw on a few of my go-to casual Saturday items (these Clarks brogues and a sequin hat to hide how dreadful my hair looked)....
