Caffè Bellini, Lausanne
Pictures by Inès Monnet First Blaast Place of this month is Caffè Bellini in Lausanne. As first impression, I really like its quirky pop art interior. This restaurant oozes charm to welcome you for lunch and dinner. We went at noon to have their Plat du Jour - chicken fillet with butter and mustard garnished with fresh datterino tomatoes on tagliatelle. First, you get to choose between two starters. Instead of a standard salad, I opted for the wild garlic asparagus soup to try something more exotic (not on the pictures, one more reason you should see it for yourself ;D). ...
