Happy Friday and June to you! Today was my school's annual parent volunteer social event which was held after school. Basically the teachers bring goodies and the parents who have volunteered in our classrooms are invited to socialize with the teachers and one another in a relaxed environment. I find it difficult at times to engage in small talk with parents, but this year's event was pleasant. Several parents had very kind things to say, and it was so nice to hear positive feedback.I'm wearing a Merona Trapunto dress which I found on the clearance rack more than a year ago.
