I had this vintage dress (complete with original sales tags still attached) hanging out in my refashion pile. My original plan was to do something nautical to it. Well, I'm happy that I needed to change plans, I really do love how it turned out. I tossed the dress in the wash with three bottles of Kelly Green dye...
