Am I a plus size model?
The final stage of voting for Star in a Bra is now open , and it’s coincided perfectly with the ‘ Drop The Plus ’ campaign, a movement to eliminate the term ‘plus size’ from the modelling/fashion industry. This discussion has really piqued my interest. Whilst I fully respect those who chose to embrace the term, it's one I personally have bad experiences with. On numerous occasions (through blogging and modelling) I've experienced people trying to shoehorn me into the 'plus size' category, and this is something that truly unsettles me.
