Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was more relaxed than I anticipated, but also pretty full. After doing research and much deliberation since the first of the year, I have finally decided to take the Paleo plunge. So I spent a good bit of my weekend planning out menus, grocery shopping, and cooking for the week ahead. I am excited to actually start this change after contemplating it for so long, but I am also nervous about the detox stage as I've heard it can be rough.
