Hats and bad hair days
You know when you see magazine photos of women with this insanely sexy, perfectly messy hair? That is not real. They did not wake up like that, and no one ever has or ever will. (If you do, keep your mouth shut. I don't need to hear about your perfect hair when I spend so much of my life strategically coaxing mine into something I'm confident leaving the house with.) This was a day when I left the house without running a flat iron over my hair and though it looked okay, until I realized I did not like how it looked at all.
