Spring Picnic..
Dress: Handmade (Simplicity 6587) Jumper: Primark Smartie Pants heels: Irregular Choice* I mentioned earlier in the week that I'd tried out this Simplicity pattern ( I reviewed it here ). Even though I'd said I would be adding another button to the top of the neckline, I ended up wearing it anyway this week. As it was still quite cold outside, and it's possible that the bodice could do to be taken in a little bit at the seams, I decided to layer the dress over a thin jumper. I think it works quite well as a pinafore, although I'll make the alterations anyway as I think I'd be more likely to wear it as a regular dress...
