I fell in love with this pleated navy BCBG maxi skirt when I stumbled upon it at Marshall’s. It has a built in skirt as the pleated fabric is slightly transparent and the piece zips up at the side.
It’s a great skirt that can easily be dressed up or down! My one qualm is that the zipper tends to bunch up when I walk – which really annoys me… But...
