transitioning to spring
Despite the pleasant surprise of 70 degree weather this week, I'm not quite ready to don my summer garb as it's still technically winter. (Is it just me, or is wearing a dress or skirt without tights for the first time in months really awkward? I can't help but feeling I forgot to put pants on.) So how should we dress when the calendar says it's winter, but the weather says it's summer? I say by opting for a neutral canvas with the addition of colorful accessories.
