What I Wore:Top & Tank- F21; Shorts- Express; Pumps- Charlotte RuseWhy I Wore:FINALLY it is time to bust out white shoes and bottoms! The wait has seemed more difficult this year with the long and warm spring tempting people to break a strict fashion rule. I held out though and am happy to report that my white shoes and bottoms were not employed until the first day of summer! I dig this outfit not only because it has white shoes and shorts :) but also because the top tied in the front gives an "I don't have a care" feeling to it which is exactly how I felt yesterday on the relaxing and sunny Memorial day spent on the lake. Be ready to see more white bottoms and shoes...
