Understated Sequins
Though I chose not to travel to NYFW this month, I've been following the coverage closely to see what trends will be emerging later this fall. Specifically, I was really inspired by the interesting mix of colors at the J. Crew presentation . Seeing those combinations inspired me to look at my closet a little differently this week - I never would have thought about pairing dusty olive with camel, pastel pink & burgundy...but I really love the contrast of these shades together. I almost wore a simple button-down blouse underneath, but decided that adding a dash of sequins was a much more fun & unexpected option with these menswear-inspired pieces. ...
