I have some pain in my knee for a while, especially on my leg training day and I heard that swimming helps a lot in this kind of articulation problems. Hope it works in my case too. When we took these photos we had so much fun, because Evelyn wanted to pose like I do when I take photos for the blog, she told me to put the photos on my "Globe" as she calls it...
