It might sound a little trivial, but I truly feel so much more motivated to hit the gym, book a spin class, stretch it out in yoga or hit the Sea Wall for a run when I love what I'm wearing. It's simply upping your odds, really - if you love your activewear, you'll be that much more inclined to wear it both in and out of the gym, leading to more sweat sessions and more use out of your sportswear in the form of some new athleisure looks. I'm not ashamed to say that wearing the new StellaSport x adidas collection has become my new main motivator to work out thanks to it checking off all my sartorial boxes (figure-flattering, comfortable and uniquely edgy)...
