What I Wore: Not Trying Too Hard (And Not Giving Up)
One of the many discoveries of retirement is: I don't dress as interesting-ly as I did when I went to the office. I make an effort to wear something nice for my voice lessons, and of course for dates with Sandy. Most days are easy-going, with reading, writing, biking, singing, and volunteering on the "schedule." But I don't want to "give up" on style just because I'm not seen by many people. I've learned the hard way not to dress up for working at the thrift store.
