In America, Sunday was a big national day of eating junk food and large consumption of alcohol as many watched the Superbowl. I am not a fan of football but always enjoy the commercials and half time show. Of course, I enjoyed the consumption of junk food too. For me, Sunday was a great day to hang out with friends. I can't believe that January is now behind us and we are under 2 weeks away from Valentines. My hubby and I do not celebrate the holiday with overpriced flowers or dinners.
