Plaid Little Red Riding Hood
I first wrote this post to vent that fact that if one more sweet old lady says I look like Little Red Riding Hood in this cape I will actually scream. I mean, it's flattering that I am associated with a childhood fable, but after being stopped in the produce aisle twice in a 10 minute time span, I was kind of struggling to smile when grandma's said they just wanted to read me a book. Listen you dear, sweet little ladies purchasing apples and denture cream, I love a good story now and then but I was feeling pretty sassy in my half leather dress, sassy cape, over-the-knee boots and braided hair and now I am reduced to a sweet little child who deals with a wolf. ...
