Musings Of A Bookworm Often, even if I am not fully enamored with a book, I will keep reading despite the boredom, as if the act of ending a story mid-way would hurt the feelings of those unread words. My most recent read, A Young Wife by Pam Lewis, was one such story that developed very slowly, but I kept on truckin and was rewarded with an eventually engrossing plot filled with first love, deceit, gauchos, and the illegal morphine market. Towards the end of the book I was bursting at the seams wanting to know how the story would conclude. Its a sensation that I live for, when my brain can't keep up with my eyes and I am devouring page after page. This reaction brought on by the simple act...
