I know I’ve gone on record warning everyone about the dangers of going straight for the clearance rack, but that’s exactly what led to my buying this dress. Look, if I wrote the rule, I can break it. Sometimes you just have to buy a pretty dress for no reason. This dress is actually even prettier than it looks here – the sleeves are sheer and fluttery and princessy – but I wanted to wear it to work so I added my most serious looking lawyer jacket.
