Use It Or Lose It
As I’ve been setting my 2015 goals, I’ve been looking back at what worked last year and what didn’t.
It’s helped me realize there are things I want to intentionally limit and a few that I want to build into more of my schedule. Like less time spent wishing I would start wanting to work out (and suck it up and just make it happen) and more adventures with Troy and walks with Magnum and maybe a new hobby or two. I’ve started to realize that these things I want don’t just magically happen. They get crowded out by urgent and regular old to do lists unless I make them happen.
