Here is what I have learned thus far in China:- How to count from 0 - 999,999 in Chinese- Chinese food is way spicier than I was expecting- That sticking your chopsticks in the common bowl of rice is considered bad manners because it looks like incense at a tomb. It is also rude to point with chopsticks- You can put octopus in a ball of dough, fry it, cover it in a sugary icing-like sauce, and it will still be delicious- The Chinese who study English are so excited to meet Americans to talk to them, and want to take SO many pictures with you (this goes double if you are a cute American kid)- The students watch Mad Men and Vampire Diaries through the internet- I can...
