After drooling over Olivia Palermo's statement necklace here, I decided to purchase one in my favorite color at H & M the other day. Of course mine isn't as extravagant or as expensive as Olivia's, obviously but it does the job of adding some pizazz to an outfit which is what a statement necklace is supposed to do.
