The Hiding Place
When I was 8, I read The Hiding Place for the first time and was introduced to a new world of 20th century history. Stepping into the place where much of the story took place was, in one word, thrilling. I almost cried when the door opened for my tour. I was in awe the whole hour, gripping onto every moment. The knowledge of what occurred there and the results of the hiding place will weigh heavily on my heart forever. I cannot wait to go back and walk through time again.
