I haven't owned a turtleneck since seventh grade when a friend of mine re-gifted me a sparkly sky blue sweater I'd politely complimented when her aunt gave it to her for Hanukkah. It was itchy and bulky and I wore it anyway, because it was the early 2000s I was 13 years old. This gray sweater is at the opposite end of the turtleneck spectrum. It is sleek and soft and comfortable, and while I chose to wear it with jeans today, I'm also excited to wear it with skirts and try layering it under the right dress.
