Sometimes You Need Socks
I'm still doing a lot of adjusting in my new first grade teaching job. There's a lot going on in elementary that you don't deal with at the middle school level. One thing I'm still getting used to is recess duty. Even when it's chilly outside, the kids are all bundled up and running around to keep warm. But as I stood watching over them as they played ball and made their way across the monkey bars, I wished I'd worn socks on this particular day. I really like this outfit, and I'm a big fan of the sweater. It's a simple top, but I think the neck and hemline are quite flattering. I'd wear this whole look again for sure, just not on a day that I have recess duty! ...
