I remember so many wonderful things about my grandmothers, but one of the memories that remains vivid is their scent. As a child, I spent an abundance of time with them both and always loved playing dress up in front of their bedroom vanities. They had an array of jewelry, make-up, one had the most amazing shoe collections EVER and they equally loved fragrances...especially my dad's mom. Isn't it funny how you can walk down the street or visit an establishment, someone passes by with a certain scent and it immediately takes you back to a place, person or time? It happens to me all the time. I have always been selective about the perfume...
