I felt oh-so elegant in this outfit. And I guess I wasn’t the only one who was a fan because I got a ton of compliments all day at work, mostly from strangers on the elevator (the good coffee is in the lobby downstairs, so I went up and down a couple times…don’t judge). I’m glad I decided to go with gray tights and bright shoes – it was a little outside the box, but I think more black would have led to different reactions. Like instead of “girl, I love your outfit!” I would have gotten “girl, who died?” In pink suede pumps, the only thing I could be mourning is the end of boring office...
