This rainy weather and darkness isn’t fun anymore. Like it ever was, but right now I really feel like I need to fight hard against falling into some sort of a winter depression. Fifteen minutes naps could easily turn into hours of sleeping, and canceling plans and calling off meetings seem like a good idea on a dark time like this. But no it’s not. Being aware of this tiredness coma trap helps, and knowing that the fight against it is needed. I’ve listed down some things that keep me going and cheer me up (just eating vitamins or getting good night sleep isn’t always enough), I was wondering if I should make a separate post about them...
