Given the working week in Dubai is Sunday- Friday, Friday's in Dubai are the new Saturday and following a heavy Thursday in Dubai's finest bars many expats and especially visitors like to cure their hazy heads with even more decadence by tapping up in the infamous Friday brunches. Now i'm sure these are vast and varied, but the ultimate Friday brunch is held at the Park Hyatt Dubai, the hotel I happen to be staying in.
