Who is your "person?" It might sound like a weird question, but it's one I've been thinking about a lot lately. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Do you build each other up, or do spend a lot of time commiserating together? I feel like my attitude right now is the best it's been in a long time and I think it's a reflection of how I'm spending my time and who I'm surrounding myself with. I have great, authentic friends both at and away from work, that I don't feel like I need to impress-they accept me as I am. Time isn't spent gossiping and tearing others down, it's spent building each other up and collaborating...
