Manhattan Vintage Show Highlights
On Friday, I headed out to the Manhattan Vintage Show. I've attended the show two times in the past and it's always worthwhile to go. Here is what I wore: This skirt is a joy to wear and is made from the border print of John Wolf fabrics. I'm also a fan of the pleated full skirt look vs. the gathered. The fabric has a soft floaty feel to it. I acquired this skirt in a trade for fabric and so very happy with it. The blouse is from Ann Taylor and does tell you that there are retro-inspired tops out there. It was a bit of a chilly day so I also wore a coat. This coat is masterfully made and is from the late 1940s. ...
