Happy Hat
Today’s outfit post makes me want to break out and start singing, ” because I’m Happy…..” It may be the hat, which kind of reminds me of someone..hehe. I found my fab happy hat at my local Target. It was just sitting all by its lonesome on the bottom shelf of scarves, not sure if someone was hiding it there or put it down and decided on a scarf instead, but it was calling out to me.
