TGIF! Another week has gone and another weekend is among us! I don’t know about you but I can’t even remember what I’ve done all week. It’s been crazy, but I can’t complain. Juggling blogging, my internship as a Marriage & Family Therapist and starting my own business (check out the progress here), the weekend is something I look forward to. Although I still work, I allot time for myself on the weekend to avoid burn out. Burn out is one of the worst things we can to do to ourselves. No matter what, make time for YOU.
