How to Clean Tweed | Chambray Shirt & Tweed Skirt
Tweed is one of my favorite textures for fall and winter. It is very elegant and tweed elevates any casual look. When it comes to caring for your tweed blazers and skirts, don't be lazy or cheap! Take them to a good dry cleaner that you know and trust. On that note I have to mention though that regular dry-cleaning does stress the wool fibers and turn them brittle over time, so give your garments time to "rest" between cleaning. I haven't risked running my tweeds through a cycle in the washing machine (not even a gentle one ).
