Pre-10k mirror selfie
I ran a 10k race! It was a bunch of us from work who decided to run the Midnight Run in Malmö, in the end seven runners started and finished the race, self included. It’s a special race, the first start is at 9.30 PM so it’s dark outside when running. We ran through the city centre with music and other activities around the course. My goal was to finish the race, which I did. The time may have not been very good, but I will focus a bit more on running in the future because running races is fun. My future plan is two judo classes and 40 minutes of running (while the kiddo is at gymnastics) each week. My goal is to run the 10k in an hour...
