30 Day Style Challenge, Day 19: NORM!!!!
Given my punky past, add the word “core” to the end of most words, and I at least have to check it out. Normcore is a fashion movement that I’ve recently heard about, and it appeared on my radar with Gap’s “Dress Normal” campaign . My first reaction was, “No, YOU dress normal. Your face should dress normal.” Of course I own plenty of basic “normal” clothes, but I’ve never decided to wear them all at once, and lately I feel a bit naked without a statement necklace or some kind of colorful print. This normcore look, while it appears to be relaxed, was quite difficult for me to put together.
