Shirt: China Doll Boutique* | Skirt: Romwe*Wanted to wear this when it was all sunny and warm outside but lets be realistic: that's not happening anytime soon! So I just wore it around the house instead, haha. I ended up cutting my fringe in again but I got a bit scissor happy, oops! It could be worse... Once when I was 14 my arm slipped while I was cutting my fringe and I accidentally chopped a big chunk right out of the middle, ahaha! Thank god for hairgrips!
